Collaborate: Bringing together industry and education to develop curricular and enrich learning materials offered to young people.

Empower: Giving youth, particularly marginalised youth, the opportunity to learn new transferable educational skills for free, helping to secure worthwhile employment.

Cultural Diversity: Funding opportunities for young people to work with students from different nationalities, plus travel overseas to collaborate with other GTTP students via our competitions and awards, helping to build cultural understanding, communications skills, knowledge, and awareness of the wider world.

Impact: Making a real difference to the lives of young people by inspiring them to find their best future, working with education and industry partners to achieve this. We are uniquely placed to help create a global learning environment where young people can explore cultures and customs worldwide via our GTTP community, and at the same time get equipped with the skills they need for employment. The skills learned on the GTTP programme are transferable to a wide range of jobs, and students gain certificates on completion of GTTP’s courses which are endorsed by the Institute of Travel & Tourism (ITT) and the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).
